Stephen J. Sadler

Mr. Sadler is one of the most respected technology executives in Canada, and is widely known as the former Vice-Chairman and CEO of Geac Computer Corporation. In that position Mr. Sadler took the company from receivership in 1987 and grew the company by acquisition into a major international software company serving several different markets. He was also the Chairman of Helix Investments, one of Canada’s original technology venture capital firms, and currently serves as a Director of Open Text Corporation.

Ms. Leung is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years experience in the technology sector, most recently as General Counsel of CaseWare, a global software company providing audit, financial reporting and data analytic solutions to accounting firms, corporations and governments. Previously, Ms. Leung served as the General Counsel of Magnet Forensics, as well as at BlueCat Networks, and also as Assistant General Counsel at Open Text. In her other board roles, Ms. Leung serves at National Service Dogs and prior to that, served on the boards of Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) and the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada.
