Stephen J. Sadler
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sadler is one of the most respected technology executives in Canada, and is widely known as the former Vice-Chairman and CEO of Geac Computer Corporation. In that position Mr. Sadler took the company from receivership in 1987 and grew the company by acquisition into a major international software company serving several different markets. He was also the Chairman of Helix Investments, one of Canada’s original technology venture capital firms, and currently serves as a Director of Open Text Corporation.

Eric Demirian *

Mr. Demirian is President and Chief Executive Officer of CCFL Parklea Capital Inc., an investment banking and corporate finance firm focused on providing strategic advice, raising debt and equity capital and executing corporate finance transactions for mid-sized and large private and public companies. Over the years, Mr. Demirian has served as a Director of a number of public, private and not for profit organizations and is currently a Director of IMAX Corporation and The Descartes Systems Group.

Pierre Lassonde *
Franco-Nevada Corporation

Mr. Lassonde is Chairman of Franco-Nevada Corporation. He was President of Newmont Mining Corporation from 2002 to 2006 and prior to that from 1982 to 2002 was a co-founder and co-CEO of the original Franco-Nevada. Mr. Lassonde also serves as a Director of New Gold Inc.

Jane Mowat *

Jane Mowat is an independent consultant with over 15 years of experience with mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and valuations in the global software industry. Previously she served as a General Manager with IBM in Canada and the USA and as Chief Financial Officer with several listed Canadian technology companies. Ms. Mowat has also served as a Director for public, private and not for profit organizations and she is currently a Director of VIA Rail Canada Inc. and Chair of the Audit and Pension Investment Committee.

Melissa Sonberg *

Ms. Sonberg is a Professor of Practice at McGill University’s Desautel Faculty of Management where she focuses on compensation strategy, group dynamics, global talent management and leadership development. Ms. Sonberg has a wealth of experience on corporate, crown and advisory boards and currently serves on the boards of Hydro One Limited, Exchange Income Corporation, Athennian, and the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Paul J. Stoyan *

Mr. Stoyan is the Chairman of Gardiner Roberts LLP, a Toronto based law firm founded in the 1920’s. He practises business law with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance. He has worked extensively with various companies in the technology sector and over the years he has served as a Director of several companies including Element Financial Corporation, Open Text Corporation and ECN Capital Corporation.

Vivian Leung *

Magnet Forensics

Ms. Leung is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years experience in the technology sector, most recently as General Counsel of Magnet Forensics.  As part of the executive management team, Ms. Leung was actively involved in M&A, securities matters, information security, privacy, corporate governance, finance, HR and IP matters.  Previously Ms. Leung was General Counsel at BlueCat Networks and Assistant General Counsel at Open Text.  Her private practice experience includes Stikeman Elliott (Toronto) and WilmerHale (Boston).  Ms. Leung serves on the board of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) and was previously the Vice Chair of the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada.
