Stephen J. Sadler
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sadler is one of the most respected technology executives in Canada, and is widely known as the former Vice-Chairman and CEO of Geac Computer Corporation. In that position Mr. Sadler took the company from receivership in 1987 and grew the company by acquisition into a major international software company serving several different markets. He was the Chairman of Helix until December 31, 2012, one of Canada’s original technology venture capital firms, as well as a director of several public and private companies, including Open Text Corporation. Mr. Sadler is the largest shareholder of Enghouse.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Wallace has responsibility for the company's global operational activities. He has spent over 25 years in the software industry, successfully managing and growing several companies (private held and publicly traded) across a number of verticals, customer segments and geographies. Prior to joining Enghouse, he served as President & COO of PCDOCS, CEO of AOL Canada and more recently as President & COO of Kaboose Inc. Mr. Wallace received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and holds CA and CPA accounting designations.
Vice President, Finance & Administration
As Vice President, Finance & Administration, Mr. Bryson has overall responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the company's financial disclosure, taxation, and financial operations. Mr. Bryson is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with KPMG. Prior to joining Enghouse, he was Controller for Phonettix Intelcom, a publicly traded software and telecommunications company, and prior to that he was the Manager of Accounting and Taxation for Hitachi Data Systems Inc. in Canada.
Vice President, Corporate Development
As Vice President, Corporate Development, Mr. Anidjar is responsible for the company's acquisition initiatives and assists with investor relations activities. Prior to joining Enghouse, he held various senior management roles in operations and acquisitions at Geac Computer Corporation, Celestica, SSA Global and CDC Software. Mr. Anidjar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University.
Chief Administration and Legal Officer
As Chief Administration and Legal Officer, Mr. Tobia is responsible for the coordination and performance of key administrative functions including legal and information technology services. John has extensive global experience in software, telecom, and international acquisitions. He has an Honours B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto (1989), a M.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto (1991) and a LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School (1994).
Corporate Vice President, Human Resources
As Corporate Vice President, Human Resources, Ms. Corbett is responsible for coordination of global HR activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits. Lynette has served as Director of Strategy to the Prime Minister of Canada and was Chief of Staff for several Ministers including Public Works and Government Services Canada, Shared Services Canada, Status of Women, Natural Resources Canada, Agriculture and Human Resources and Social Development. She was also in private practice as a management-side labour and employment lawyer. She has an Hons. B.A., M.A. and LL.B.
Vice President, Corporate Information Systems
As Vice President, Corporate Information Systems, Mr. Bartle is responsible for the company's global IT infrastructure and information systems. Prior to joining Enghouse, he successfully held senior management technology roles for global software enterprises such as Geac Computer Corporation, SSA Global, Infor Global Solutions Inc. and most recently at TriNet HR Corporation. Mr. Bartle holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Todd M. May
Vice President & General Counsel
As Vice President & General Counsel, Mr. May is responsible for overseeing all legal matters within Enghouse including compliance, corporate governance and contracts. In addition, he is actively involved in the Company's mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to joining Enghouse, Mr. May was a partner practicing in the securities and corporate/commercial areas at Aird & Berlis LLP. He has much experience in dealing with Merger and Acquisition transactions with both public and private companies. He has also advised many public high tech companies on corporate governance, disclosure and compliance matters as well as ongoing corporate/commercial and employment situations. He was awarded his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University in Ottawa and his LL.B. from Queens University in 1991.
