Stephen J. Sadler
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sadler is one of the most respected technology executives in Canada, and is widely known as the former Vice-Chairman and CEO of Geac Computer Corporation. In that position Mr. Sadler took the company from receivership in 1987 and grew the company by acquisition into a major international software company serving several different markets. He is also the Chairman of Helix Investments, one of Canada’s original technology venture capital firms, as well as a director of several public and private companies, including Open Text Corporation and Frontline Technologies. Mr. Sadler is the largest shareholder of Enghouse.



Doug Bryson
Vice President, Finance & Administration

As Vice President, Finance & Administration, Mr. Bryson has overall responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the company's financial disclosure, taxation, and financial operations. Mr. Bryson is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with KPMG. Prior to joining Enghouse, he was Controller for Phonettix Intelcom, a publicly traded software and telecommunications company, and prior to that he was the Manager of Accounting and Taxation for Hitachi Data Systems Inc. in Canada.



Kevin Derbyshire
Chief Corporate Officer

As Chief Corporate Officer, Mr. Derbyshire is responsible for overseeing Enghouse Networks and Enghouse Transportation operations with a focus on building these businesses through accretive acquisitions. In addition, he is responsible for advancing Investor Relations and overseeing the company's Human Resources and Legal activities. Prior to joining Enghouse, Kevin was Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at E.I. DuPont Canada Company, where he was responsible for the company's public affairs, government relations and legal functions. Prior to DuPont, he was a co-founding executive of Virgin Mobile Canada and General Counsel at Bell ExpressVu, BCE's TV satellite company in Canada. He has been involved in M&A transactions and corporate communications over the last 10 years.



Todd M. May
Vice President & General Counsel

As Vice President & General Counsel, Mr. May is responsible for overseeing all legal matters within Enghouse including compliance, corporate governance and contracts. In addition, he is actively involved in the Company's mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to joining Enghouse, Todd was a partner practicing in the securities and corporate/commercial areas at Aird & Berlis LLP. He has much experience in dealing with Merger and Acquisition transactions with both public and private companies. He has also advised many public high tech companies on corporate governance, disclosure and compliance matters as well as ongoing corporate/commercial and employment situations. He was awarded his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University in Ottawa and his LL.B. from Queens University in 1991.



Steve Dodenhoff
President - Enghouse Interactive

Mr. Dodenhoff was appointed President of the Syntellect Division in January 2003 following the successful acquisition of Syntellect by Enghouse. Under his leadership, Syntellect executed a strategy that included organic growth and strategic acquisitions leading to consistent profitability. Mr. Dodenhoff was appointed President of the Interaction Management division (now Enghouse Interactive) in June 2010.

Prior to leading Syntellect, Mr. Dodenhoff had responsibility for Syntellect's global operations, including research and development, customer service, and professional services. He also spent many years in executive positions in the software industry, including ten years with MicroAge where he was most recently Senior Vice President.
