MOORE RESOURCE SYSTEMS Campbellville, ON, Canada, February 9, 2004. MOORE Resource Systems, a leading provider of pipeline information engineering products and services, is pleased to announce the introduction of PipeNPMS and PipeHCA. These applications extend the functionality of MOORE's PipeWORKS suite of products, which include PipeNET, PipeASG, PipeMAP, and PipeEDIT. The Company is also pleased to announce that it has developed a range of tools and services, which service both ESRI and Autodesk users. Further information can be obtained at www.moorers.com. PipeNPMS is a NPMS report generator module and supports submissions of breakout tanks and the unique requirements of the State of Texas and is scheduled to support those of the State of California later in 2004. PipeNPMS is a read-only application that works with existing data management systems to generate NPMS reports from a PODS, ISAT, or custom relational databases. PipeNPMS can create applicable submission files in ESRI (shape), text, or AutoCAD (DWG) formats, and is already in use at several leading pipeline operating companies. PipeHCA is tailor made for the pipeline transmission industry and generates reports in formats mandated by IMPs (Integrity Management Programs). PipeHCA complements existing data management systems to provide graphical and tabular reports to assess risks associated with pipeline segments affecting HCAs (High Consequence Areas). PipeHCA is a flexible read-only ESRI based application that allows an operator to meet DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations for liquid and gas commodities. PipeHCA currently addresses operators of liquid pipeline facilities. Three levels of impact analysis are taken into consideration, which combine to provide a complete, conservative method of impact modeling: Direct Impact Analysis, Indirect Impact Analysis and Potential Impact Analysis. PipeHCA is scheduled to incorporate features for gas impact analysis later in 2004. Both PipeNPMS and PipeHCA were the result of in-depth analysis of the regulatory requirements of NPMS standards, DOT risk management, safety, and security regulations as well as extensive consultation with pipeline operators. Both of these new additions to MOORE's PipeWORKS suite of applications truly add business and operational value in areas such as pipeline design, operations, and integrity services. MOORE Resource Systems is a constituent part of Enghouse Systems Limited's Asset Management Division (AMD), thereby synergistically combining AMD's widely acclaimed proprietary GIS platforms, networks design and management expertise and in-depth ESRI knowledge and experience with MOORE 's extensive Autodesk experience.
