Enghouse Appoints Andrew Nellestyn Divisional President Markham, Ontario, Canada (April 11, 2000) – Stephen J. Sadler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enghouse Systems Limited (TSE: ESL), today announced the appointment of Dr. Andrew Nellestyn, PhD, P.Eng., as President, Asset Management Division, Enghouse Systems Limited, effective May 1, 2000. Dr. Nellestyn has acted as Interim President and CEO of Enghouse since January 2000. Prior to joining Enghouse, Dr. Nellestyn was President and CEO, Andel Inc. He has served in a number of executive positions including CEO, President, CFO, COO and EVP Marketing and Sales at companies such as Corel, Bull HN and AECL. Dr. Nellestyn retired from the Canadian Armed Forces in 1985 where he attained the rank of colonel and served in a variety of command, staff, engineering, R&D, export sales and Canadian industrial base and technology development assignments.
